Ingredients
- 250 g de sifted flour
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 10g fresh baking yeast (failing this, 1 bag dry baking yeast )
- ¾ tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 tablespoons of ghee
- 1/2 tablespoons of salt

In a bowl, dissolve the baking yeast and sugar in 15 cl of lukewarm water. Add half the flour.Work the dough for 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Cover with a cloth and let rise the dough for ½ hours.
Add the yogurt, baking powder, remaining flour, salt and three tablespoons of ghee and rework the dough for 5 minutes. Rest again for ½ hours. Take a ball of dough and spread it on a floured board giving it a triangle shape. Heat a skillet over high heat and coat it very lightly with ghee. Cook the naans 2 minutes on each side.In total, you can make 4 large naans or 8 small.
