Domaine Dureuil-Janthial
In the heart of Burgundy, the Dureuil-Janthial estate covers 20 hectares of vineyards in Rully and Mercurey, in Côte Chalonnaise, but also in Puligny-Montrachet and Nuits-Saint-Georges (3 hectares). Heirs of the Janthial family, present in Rully since the thirteenth century, Céline and Vincent Dureuil took over the estate in 1994 with passion and meticulous demand. Because the wine is first made in the vineyard, they chose to respect the land and to make the soils and the vines live to produce wines committed and precise, of great purity and a frank personality. Wines that look like them…

Work and respect of the soil, good agricultural practices, harvest 100% manual, our vines are the object of all attentions. For the various works of the vine, they have been using the lunar calendar for many years. When the harvest time arrives, they do not hesitate to take the risk of harvesting late. The goal: to go to the end of the maturity of the grapes to obtain wines tense, fond, with a beautiful minerality and an acidity present.

Domaine Maratray-Dubrueil
Family farm installed since 3 generations in the heart of the coast, in Ladoix-Serrigny, the Domaine MARATRAY-DUBREUIL is currently headed by brother and sister, François-Xavier and Marie-Madeleine. They operate an area of 19 hectares on the villages of Ladoix, Aloxe-Corton, Beaune, Chorey-les-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and Savigny-les-Beaune where are divided regional appellations, villages, villages 1er crus and grands crus.

L'Aligoté is the «freshness» grape for Burgundy Aligoté. All other great white wines are exclusively made from the Chardonnay grape variety. All the red wines produced on the estate come from the Pinot Noir grape variety.
They take particular care at each stage of production, both in the vines they cultivate with rigour, and in the harvest they collect by hand and which is then vinified in a traditional way while taking advantage of different technological developments, with a maturation in barrels of 12 months for the white wines and 18 months for the red wines.

Le Château de Saurs
Saurs Castle is located in the heart of the Gaillacois Vineyard, 50 kilometers northeast of Toulouse and 20 kilometers west of Albi.
The vineyard is planted on the slopes that dominate the right bank of the Tarn. The vines of Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée cover 42 hectares. The vineyard of Gaillac was one of the first to receive the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée in 1936.
The clay and clay-limestone soils of the first slopes bring finesse and elegance, when the gravelly and “boulbènes” soils of the lower slopes, offer charm, fruit and power to the wines of the Château de Saurs.
The oceanic climate takes advantage of the Mediterranean influences to bring an alternation of heat and wet sweetness, tempered by the autan wind.
Château de Saurs’ vineyards are planted along the hillsides which overlook the right bank of the Tarn river. Our “Appellation d’Origine Controlée” (AOC) wines today cover an area of 42 hectares.
Since the month of August 2009, the Château de Saurs is in Organic Farming, and from the 2012 vintage, all their wines are labeled “ORGANIC WINE”.

The red wines : RESERVE ELIEZER
To make an outstanding wine, Reserve Eliezer is picked from our oldest vines. Nothing has been left to chance: from balanced use of manuring and partial grassing of the vines, to careful pruning to obtain a concentrated harvest.
Chateau de Saurs Réserve Eliezer is richly coloured, with a bouquet of slightly spicy and ripe red fruits. It is well structured on the palate with delicate tannins, and overall a good balance supported by hidden fruits. A wine for laying down, but already quite pleasant to drink today.

The white wines : blancs secs "Delicate and round"
Chateau de Saurs AOC Gaillac dry white is the result of a subtle blend of Lion de l’oeil, Mauzac and Sauvignon.
Château de Saurs AOC Gaillac dry white has a brilliant and clear pale yellow robe, with hints of green. Its lively, fresh, yet delicate nose indicates fruit and fullness on the palate, with a well balanced, elegant and harmonious finish. Chateau de Saurs Blanc Sec is delicious as an aperitif, and would be a perfect companion with fish and shell fish.
